Twin Day
Our next school spirit activity will take place on Friday, December 7, 2018. A note was sent home to inform you of who your child has chosen to be their twin.

Winter Holiday Show
Our Winter Holiday Assembly will take place on Thursday, December 20, 2018. You will have the opportunity to see all P.S. 397 students get into the holiday spirit with a song, dance, skit or poem.

Winter Recess
Schools will be closed on Monday, December 24, 2018 through Monday, January 1, 2018. Schools will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2019. Holiday packets will be sent home Thursday, December 20, 2018. Have a happy and healthy holiday!

Hello, I am very excited about this teacher page because it provides all of us with another form of communication. My name is Susan Lacoste and I am the general education teacher in class 1-101. This is my tweleth year teaching at P.S. 397. We are off to a fantastic start to the school year. I know your child will continue to learn new things, have new adventures and make new discoveries as the year progresses. I hope this teacher page will provide you with a better understanding of the grade's expectations, curricular, meetings, and upcoming events.
